These terms govern your use of dealerfeeds.ca and the services provided by DealerFeeds ("we," "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

DealerFeeds provides done-for-you management of vehicle inventory feeds for Google Vehicle Listing Ads and Meta Automotive Inventory Ads, including feed building, monitoring, and error fixes. Specific deliverables and scope are confirmed with each customer before work begins.

Pricing & billing

Fees are billed monthly per feed, per rooftop, as agreed at signup. There is no long-term contract; you may cancel at any time, and service continues through the end of the current billing period. Launch pricing applies while the promotion is active.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate access to your inventory source and advertising accounts as needed, and to use the service in compliance with the policies of Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

Third-party platforms

Our service depends on platforms we do not control (including Google and Meta). We follow their requirements but cannot guarantee approvals, listing placement, rankings, traffic, or sales, as those outcomes are determined by the platforms and market conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DealerFeeds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
